Thanks for putting in the effort to collate these names, Rebecca. I am going to have a lot of fun and interest going through them as there are several I can see I have not found until now. Thanks too for including my effort.

Wow, what a fantastic resource. Big thanks, Rebecca! I'm delighted to be on this list and see many of my favorite nature Substackers there, too. One I'd like to add: Nina Veteto at floraandforage.substack.com. She's big into wildflowers and produces engaging videos of her foraging adventures.

Hi Rebecca! Thank you so much for putting together this list! I can’t wait to curl up on a rainy day and poor through these! Some of my favourites are here and some I don’t know yet!! Exiting! I feel very honoured and well....nervous, to have my name here amongst so many wonderful writers! I hope in the future I can bring half as much wonder and connection to readers as some of these folk. It is a gift to see this community of writers, readers, creatives and thinkers coming together. It feels hopeful to me. Comforting in such troubled times to see that so many others care deeply and seem to be bound together by compassion for the whole web of life. Thank you!

I feel hope in this too. There are so many more people than I realized, who are working in and creating art about the natural world. It is truly lovely to see, yourself included. :)

Thank you for the list; while I know some of the writers, I now have more to explore.

Oh, what a great resource! I'm so glad you popped up on my notes feed! I'll be perusing your Substack and checking out others from this list as well. I already see a few of my favorites on it. I'd like to add mine. I was so disappointed not to see a nature category when I started my Substack! I write about a range of topics, but nature plays quite heavily into most of my posts. I write shiftingspace.substack.com. Thank you!

Thank you for this incredible post! I write a light hearted comedy that is critter-centric with an emphasis on nature writing. I put it under the Literature category on substack. conversationswithcritters.substack.com. Thank you!

This must have taken you much time to put together Rebecca, thank you for including me amongst so many wonderful writers - I am delighted and humbled. And thank you also for directing me to so many I don’t know… nature accounts are so hard to find! 💚🍃

Excellent to have this compilation, thank you Rebecca. I will share and tag other people who I think fit this category and might like to be here. Thank you for including me, and FLOW- If I might ask one small thing, there’s just one ‘a’ at the end of Michela.

It would be great to have a nature category and thanks for putting this list together. I’m a nature writer and artist and I can never work out which categories to select on Substack. I can be found at intothedeepwoods.substack.com
